Addison Nothnagel PT, DPT

Addison received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy and Bachelor of Science in Clinical Health Studies from Ithaca College. During her pelvic health clinical rotation at Apto she gained interest in the speciality and has since been working with that population for the last couple years. Addison treats both pelvic health and orthopedic conditions using a whole-body approach to help people move better and return to what they love.

She is also a certified personal trainer and strength and conditioning specialist who enjoys blending rehab with strength training. Addison grew up in the mountains of Colorado and was a competitive gymnast, so she is very passionate about staying active and strives to help her patients do the same!

Outside of work, you’ll find her working out, skiing, spending time outdoors, reading, or crocheting.
